Peparations
Sweet & Spicy Sauce
Grab a medium bowl and add these ingredients:
- 1 cup of sweet chili sauce into a bowl.
- 1 cup of purified water.
- 1 tablespoon of fish sauce.
- If you’re making vegetarian egg rolls, consider using salt instead. Start by adding 1 teaspoon of salt then add little by little to get the right saltiness for you.
- 1 tablespoon of Thai chili pepper.
- Chop 1 stalk of cilantro.
- Chop 1 stalk of green onion.
- Juice 1 whole lime.
- Chop 1 tablespoon of unsalted, non-roasted peanuts
- If you’re not a fan of spiciness, you can tone down or omit the Thai chili and the recipe will still taste great.
- Use fish sauce to increase the saltiness, not salt minerals.
- To reduce the saltiness, balance the mix with more sweet chili sauce, water, and lime a little at a time.
Mixing
Mix the sauce really well with a spoon. Occasionally scoop from the bottom over to evenly distribute all of the ingredients.
Once the sauce is blended perfectly, it’s ready to be served!

Spicy Creamy Peanut Sauce
Grab a medium bowl and add these ingredients:
- 1 cup of creamy peanut butter.
- Chop 1 tablespoon of unsalted, non-roasted peanuts
- Chop 6 stalks of cilantro.
- Chop 3 stalks of green onion.
- Juice 1 whole lime.
- If you’re not a fan of spiciness, you can tone down or omit the Thai chili and the recipe will still taste great.
- Use fish sauce to increase the saltiness, not salt minerals.
- To reduce the saltiness, balance the mix with parts of peanut butter and water a little at a time.
Mixing
Start by slowly breaking apart the peanut butter with a spoon. Dig into the peanut butter and mush it several times until the water can penetrate throughout and dissolve it. Because of the thicker consistency, you want to occasionally scoop from the bottom over to help break up some of the peanut butter that may clump up. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are blended.
You should get a well balanced consistency that is neither too runny nor too sticky.
